ROOM ASSIGNMENTS:
Within your selected room category, we are happy to do our best to honor requests for particular room numbers or special features. Requests are granted based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

ALL GUESTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER:
We are an adults-only property.

ALL ROOMS ARE TWO-PERSON ADULT OCCUPANCY:
Each guest room accommodates a maximum of two adult guests. We do not offer rollaway beds. Parties or group gatherings with unregistered guests are not permitted without management approval. 

GROUPS:
Groups of three (3) or more rooms require permission and may be subject to additional fees and terms. Our goal is to preserve the quiet enjoyment of the property by other guests.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals based on availability and are happy to store luggage. Check-out is 12:00 noon.

TAXES:
Room rates as subject to an additional 14.45% tax. All rates are based on double occupancy (additional guests are not permitted).

PETS:
We do not accept pets.

NO SMOKING:
7 Central is a non-smoking property. Guests who smoke in guest rooms will be asked to find other accommodations and may be assessed a $250 cleaning fee. Candles or any open flame are prohibited.

DAMAGE & ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES:
Fees for repairing damage or necessary deep cleaning will be assessed to the guest at a corresponding rate. Management reserves the right to conduct property wellness checks as it deems necessary.

QUIET HOURS:
For the quiet enjoyment of guests and our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 8pm and 8am.

VISITORS:
Each guest is responsible for any invited unregistered guest visiting the property. The registered guest must accompany the unregistered guest at all times. Management reserves the right to deny entry to unregistered guests as it deems necessary.

LOST KEYS:
Lost keys will be charged at a rate of $75 per key.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
For the safety of our guests, 7 Central uses security cameras in our indoor and outdoor common areas.  No cameras view private guest space.

PARKING POLICY:
Parking is available on a first come, first served basis at the time of booking for a $25 fee per night. We are unable to accommodate vehicles belonging to non-inn guests. Our parking spaces only accommodate small to medium sized vehicles, and oversized vehicles will need to be parked off-site. Vehicle owners are liable for any damage done by their vehicle, and the Inn assumes no liability for vehicle damage.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment is due in full upon booking. Reservations must be changed or cancelled before 4:00 PM EST 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The advance deposit will be non-refundable within the 14 days before arrival. If cancelled outside of the 14-day window, the deposit will be fully refunded (less a $35 administrative fee). Changes may be subject to rates different than those initially selected. No-shows and early departures will be billed in full for the confirmed reservation. ​

LOST ITEMS:

The Inn assumes no liability for lost money, jewelry, or other valuables. It is the guest's responsibility to secure valuables at all times.
