ROOM ASSIGNMENTS
Within your selected room category, we are happy to do our best to honor requests for particular room numbers or special features. Requests are granted based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

ALL GUESTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER
We are an adults-only property.

ALL ROOMS ARE TWO-PERSON ADULT OCCUPANCY ONLY

 

GROUPS

Groups of three (3) or more rooms require permission and may be subject to additional fees and terms. Our goal is to preserve the quiet enjoyment of the property by other guests. 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals based on availability and are happy to store luggage.

Check-out is 12:00 noon. 

 

TAXES

There is an additional 14.45% tax added to the room price. All rates are based on double occupancy (additional guests are not permitted).


CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment is due in full upon booking. Reservations must be changed or cancelled before 4:00 PM EST 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The advance deposit will be non-refundable within the 14 days before arrival. If cancelled outside of the 14-day window, the deposit will be fully refunded (less a $35 administrative fee). Changes may be subject to rates different than those initially selected. No-shows and early departures will be billed in full for the confirmed reservation. 


PETS
We do not accept pets.

MAKE-UP REMOVAL
Please use the specially marked dark washcloth and/or the disposable makeup removers that are provided as an amenity for your stay. We have found that we are unable to remove makeup from our quality white bath linens. There will be a $25 charge for each linen used to remove makeup. If you need additional makeup removers, please don't hesitate to ask.

NO SMOKING:
7 Central is a non-smoking property. Guests who smoke in guest rooms will be asked to find other accommodations and may be assessed a $250 cleaning fee. Candles or any open flame are prohibited. 

QUIET HOURS
For the quiet enjoyment of guests and our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 8pm and 8am.

DAMAGE & ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES
Fees for repairing damage or necessary deep cleaning will be assessed to the guest at a corresponding rate. 

LOST KEYS
Lost keys will be charged at a rate of $75 per key, in order to rekey the room for guest safety.


SECURITY CAMERAS

For the safety of our guests, 7 Central uses exterior security cameras in our courtyard, back deck, ally, and parking lot.  No cameras view the private outdoor room patios or into guest rooms.


VISITORS
Each guest is responsible for any invited personal guest visiting the property. Please use the utmost discretion when inviting visits from unregistered guests. All unregistered guests are subject to 7 Central approval if deemed necessary, and we reserve the right deny entrance.

PARKING POLICY

Parking is available on a first come, first served basis at the time of booking for a $25 fee per night. We are unable to accommodate vehicles belonging to non-inn guests. Our parking spaces only accommodate small to medium sized vehicles, and oversized vehicles will need to be parked off-site. Vehicle owners are liable for any damage done by their vehicle.

 

A NOTE REGARDING ACCESSIBILITY

7 Central is a two-story guesthouse, originally built in the 1800s in a historic district. It is not ADA-accessible.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
7 Central reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. It is your responsibility to secure your valuables at all times.
