BY CAR
Provincetown is situated at the very end of Route 6 on Cape Cod. You basically drive until you can't go any farther, then you're there.
Follow signs for Route 6 all the way to Provincetown. Take the 3rd exit into Provincetown (Shank Painter Road). At the end of Shank Painter Road take a left and then the 1st right onto Winthrop Street.
At the end of Winthrop Street turn right onto Commercial Street and then take the 1st right onto Central Street. 7 Central is the fourth building on the right.
BY FAST FERRY FROM BOSTON
The most relaxing way to travel to Provincetown, and you might get lucky and see a whale! High speed passenger ferries (no cars) daily from mid-May thru mid-October. Refer to the websites of these two cruise companies for schedules and to buy tickets in advance:

BY PLANE
Cape Air flies from Boston's Logan Airport direct to Provincetown Airport at Race Point. There are several flights a day in spring, winter and fall, more frequently in the summer. The scenic flight takes approximately 25 minutes, with connections to all major airlines in Boston.
