ROOM ASSIGNMENTS
Room numbers are assigned or chosen at the time of booking. However, we reserve the right to reassign you to a room in either the same class or upgraded. In order to have your own room choice, always book directly!

ALL GUESTS MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD
We are an adults-only property.

ALL ROOMS ARE TWO-PERSON ADULT OCCUPANCY ONLY
We do not offer roll-away or other forms of additional beds.

 

WE DO NOT ALLOW GROUPS
Groups comprising more than three (3) rooms (6 people total) are asked to choose other accommodations.  We have found that large groups can unfortunately interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other guests.

PRE-ARRIVAL CALL
We are pleased to provide our guests with contactless check-ins. To that end, a brief pre-arrival phone call conversation is required of all guests in the week prior to your scheduled stay.. When booking, please be sure to provide the phone number for a device that you will be traveling with and that receives text messages. More information regarding arranging this call will be provided in an email one week before you arrive.

CHECK-IN HOURS
Check-in begins at 3pm.

Check out is 11am.

 

TAXES

There is an additional 14.45% tax added to the room price. All rates are based on double occupancy (additional guests are not permitted).


CANCELLATION POLICY

As a small business, every cancellation affects us significantly. We offer two rate choices, each have their own cancellation policy:

Best Available Rate

Payment is due in full upon booking. No refunds for any reason, however, your reservation can be moved to other dates within one year of the original booking arrival date when requested to us at least 5 days before your day of arrival (subject to availability, no refunds or discounts if your booking is moved to lower priced dates, and higher rate price differentials must be paid for at the time you change your booking).

If you cancel or change your reservation within 5 days of your scheduled day of arrival, or if you are a no-show, no change of dates is allowed, and you will forfeit your payment.

Rest Easy Rate
Payment is due in full upon booking.

Fully refundable up to 5 days prior to scheduled day of arrival (please note: a fee equal to 10% of the deposit will be deducted from your refund for credit card and processing fees regardless of cancellation reason). Cancellations occurring within 5 days of your scheduled arrival can be moved to other dates within one year of the booking arrival date, but are not refundable.


All cancellations must be made to info@innat7central.com.

 

There are no refunds for early departure.

Please note that "OTA Rate" 3rd party bookings, such as those made through Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Airbnb, etc., are non-refundable.

 

We recommend you purchase trip/travel insurance.


PETS
We do not accept pets.

MAKE-UP REMOVAL
Please use the specially marked dark washcloth and/or the disposable makeup removers that are provided as an amenity for your stay. We have found that we are unable to remove makeup from our quality white bath linens. There will be a $25 charge for each linen used to remove makeup. If you need additional makeup removers, please don't hesitate to ask.

SMOKING/E-CIGARETTES/CANDLES:
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking of any kind is not permitted in any area at this time.

Guests who smoke in guestrooms will be asked to find other accommodations and be assessed a $250 cleaning fee.

Candles or any open flame are prohibited. Any damage done will be assessed and charged to the guest.

QUIET HOURS
For the benefit of guests and our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 8pm and 8am.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING
Any additional cleaning beyond normal housekeeping (such as but not limited to wine, make-up, blood, personal lubricant stains) will be billed a minimum charge of $75.00 plus any additional costs as necessary.

LOST KEYS
We take our guest's safety and comfort very seriously, and therefore when a key is lost we take the precaution of re-keying the lock on the room. A $75 lost key charge will be charged.


SECURITY CAMERAS

For the safety of our guests, 7 Central uses exterior security cameras in our courtyard, back deck, ally, and parking lot.  No cameras view the private outdoor room patios or into guest rooms.


VISITORS
Each guest is responsible for any invited personal guest visiting the property. This includes but not limited to any damages or destruction created by such invited guests. Please use the utmost discretion when inviting visits from unregistered guests. All unregistered guests are subject to 7 Central approval if deemed necessary, and we reserve the right  deny entrance for the safety, welfare, and enjoyment of other guests.

PROVINCETOWN SINGLE-USE WATER BOTTLE BAN
Just a heads-up - Provincetown has banned the sale of singe-use plastic bottles, which may make it a challenge to find water in our stores during your stay. We encourage you to bring your own re-usable water container. Provincetown water is safe and tastes great!

 

TRAVEL AGENCIES/BOOKING COMPANIES/TOUR OPERATORS

We do not pay commissions to travel agents, and decline requests for bookings through entities other than directly with the individual who will be staying with us.

PARKING POLICY

Parking is included only with specific rooms, please see the room descriptions for details.  We are not able to accommodate additional cars of people visiting you while you stay with us.  Our parking spaces are large enough for mid-sized vehicles or smaller. Trucks and other large vehicles cannot be accommodated, and you will need to find alternate parking in a town lot.

 

Parking is at your own risk.  We cannot be held responsible for damages to your vehicle while parked at Charm, and vehicle owners are liable for any damage done by their vehicle.

GOLF CARTS

Golf carts are now available for rent in Provincetown.  Please be aware that we do not allow them to be parked our property.

 

A NOTE REGARDING ACCESSABILITY

7 Central is a two story guesthouse built in 1875 in a historic district. It is not ADA accessable.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
7 Central reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. It is your responsibility to secure your valuables at all times. We recommend having a locking suitcase or briefcase for these items.
